Dance for a Cure

The Lacey Township High School Interact Club sponsors an annual event to benefit Ocean of Love, an organization that is dedicated to helping child hood cancer victims and their families. Five dance studios came together for this years Dance for a Cure and performed 24 routines to the joy of a crowded auditorium. I have attended the event the past three years in support of my daughter’s team but the cause holds a much deeper, personal meaning as my wife is a cancer survivor.

It was a very festive feeling occasion as all the schools were there to support a cause rather than compete against each other. A welcome respite for all the teams I am sure.

Let’s sit back and enjoy some of the highlights of the show:

Great variety in all the numbers performed. If you would like more information about Ocean of Love check them out here.

Thanks for stopping by! Till next time…
